A Studio Photography began in December 2009. Jeremy and Cindee Aronhalt are the principal photographers. The "A" of A Studio stands for Aronhalt just incase you were wondering. We have Canon cameras and an array of lenses and lighting gear. Whatever it takes to get the job done! Our studio is located in Downtown Canton in a newly developed building. This is Jeremy and Ashley. They met through a mutual friend running at Walsh University. She is a High School teacher and he owns a timing and event management business in Washington DC. Race DC timing. This was just a small session because we are road tripping to D.C. in the spring for a full on engagement session. They were naturals in front of the camera and we are super excited about shooting their North Canton wedding next year.
I know i always say how lucky we are when I talk about our super lovely couples. Once again we have been lucky enough to score with Mike and Christine. It was one of those days that I knew instantly we were going to have some fun. After all, meeting up at Taggarts can only be good, right? We also had a first with these two… Mike’s family owns Tate Cleaners – yep, the one that you see at the corner of 30th street and Martindale Rd…. It’s been there FOREVER! We did a little photo shoot INSIDE the dry cleaners!! Definitely interesting! Another interesting part of this shoot – as you will see – was shooting inside the house that Mike is currently renovating(see last photo). He entered his kitchen into a “Win a new kitchen” contest and can you believe he DID NOT win? Anyway, I loved working with these 2 and wish them the BEST WEDDING DAY ever!!!
Dominick and Jen were in town from Philly just for the weekend so we were able to squeeze in their engagement session while they were here! The weather reports called for wind and rain but instead we lucked out with some wind and beautiful Fall sunshine! We visited a few of their favorite places… Central Catholic High School, Taggart’s for a Bittner and Napoli’s for pizza … in that order! Craig and Vanessa owned this wedding day like no other! Every detail was a little bit of him and a little bit of her. I have to admit that I wasn’t quite sure what my thoughts were when I saw her purple wedding dress but the very second I saw her in it, I fell in love with her whole look! The way it looked with her amazing hair color is indescribable! Their flowers were like no other and their change into matching track suits couldn’t have been pulled off better if it was Run DMC himself. Their ceremony was held in The Kathleen Howland Theater, located downstairs in the 2nd April Art Galerie. These 2 had an absolute lovely wedding day and I am happy we were a part of it.
Chris and Shannon are darling and oh-so-perfect for each other! They are like beans and rice … you just cannot have 1 without the other. You may remember these 2 from our blog a few months back when we went to Chicago to shoot their engagement photos! You’ll definitely remember their smiles/laughs – that’s all these guys do… walking down the aisle to marry her man Shannon is in full on laugh mode – genuinely! Clearly – this is the happiest day of their lives, so far! First and foremost, Chris and Shannon enjoy time spent with each other, their families and their friends. We’re super glad to have captured that during this fine Fall September wedding at Gervasi Vineyard. We also managed to keep up with them as they all headed back to The McKinley Grand for an after-hours party – that even the hotel hadn’t seen before .. I think there were about 100 people in there! We didn’t, however, make it to the after-hours, after-hours room party that we later heard took place! These guys are rock stars and we love them! Much love and happiness to Chris and Shannon and thanks for having us there!
You may remember when we took a little road trip to sweet Happy Valley a couple of months ago to shoot their engagement photos? Well, their wedding day arrived – 9.10.11… We missed the rain for most of the day as well as the 90 degree temps. It was a beautiful Fall-like day. Their ceremony was in just about the cutest little church I’ve seen and their reception was at the Walsh University Barrette Center. This lovely couple were headed to Hawaii on their honeymoon – LUCKY! Here’s a few of our favorites from the day! Enjoy!
It was a STEAMY, HOT .. 100 degree day! Blue skies and sunshine set the stage for the outdoor wedding of Josh and Diana! They had their wedding and reception at The Spring Valley Golf Course. I have to say that I love when the ceremony and reception are all in one location. I also love when the bride and groom decide to see each other BEFORE the wedding! It gives us so much more time to get creative shots of them! After all, that’s why you hire us, right? Give us the time to PLAY, CREATE, INVENT and DAYDREAM and we will! Another thing they did was have a Wine Box Ceremony, which I had never seen before but thought it was a great idea. Her grandparent charms around the brides bouquet Diana made herself and I fell in love with that idea too! We enjoyed being a part of their planning and big day! Enjoy!
On this particular friday the sun was warm and the sky was blue – a winning combination that set the stage for a super amazing outdoor wedding day for Josh and Alex. This day introduced us to 2 new places; The Botzum Farmstead and also The Inn at Brandywine Falls, both part of The Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation area and both are beautiful areas to incorporate into your wedding day plans. Awesome food, preeeee-ttty cupcakes, cornhole, a bonfire and dancing under the stars made this their perfect wedding day! I can’t wait to hear where they went for their honeymoon … Alex didn’t even know – Josh set the whole thing up as a surprise for her

We took a little trip to Happy Valley to shoot Nate and Lindsay’s engagement pics. They both have such a busy schedule it was the easiest way and we always like road trips! It couldn’t have been more picturesque deep long valleys and big rolling hills. Green lush farmland all around. Nate and Lindsay met about 6 years ago at the University of Akron and they have been together ever since. Nate will be moving to Ohio right before the wedding and I bet both of them are glad to not be making that commute anymore! Here are some pics!
We had a perfect day for Craig and Vanessa’s engagement session. We had the whole family together Raven, and Cane. Craig is a digital artist and one of the original Second April crew. Vanessa is full of fire and wit. Craig says she is a very talented painter but she won’t admit it. It was a good time. Enjoy
