The Wyse Family

Jason, Julie, Trevor and Tyler make up this sweet family of 4. When Julie mentioned to me that she had cowboy hats and boots for her boys I knew this was going to be toooo cute for words. Here’s how it went…Trevor put his hat on. Tyler had his boots on. Tyler put his hat on. Trevor took his hat AND his boots off. Oh well – Good thing they’re totally cute either way! Check out these family photos … They are going to make super awesome Christmas cards!

John, a 2012 Senior from Northwest

John is graduating from Northwest High in 2012. He came to the studio with two cool guitars and his Marshall amp then we headed to downtown Massillon for some outdoor stuff. John’s Grandpa brought his 1966 Corvette for us to use. It was freaking awesome! The exhaust pipes blew the gravel across the parking lot! John has been helping his Grandpa polish and clean this car since he was little. Unfortunately that doesn’t mean he gets to drive it. Enjoy the pics of the car… I mean of John.

Nate and Lindsay

You may remember when we took a little road trip to sweet Happy Valley a couple of months ago to shoot their engagement photos? Well, their wedding day arrived – 9.10.11… We missed the rain for most of the day as well as the 90 degree temps. It was a beautiful Fall-like day. Their ceremony was in just about the cutest little church I’ve seen and their reception was at the Walsh University Barrette Center.  This lovely couple were headed to Hawaii on their honeymoon – LUCKY! Here’s a few of our favorites from the day! Enjoy!

Josh & Alex and their Cuyahoga Falls wedding

On this particular friday the sun was warm and the sky was blue – a winning combination that set the stage for a super amazing outdoor wedding day for Josh and Alex. This day introduced us to 2 new places; The Botzum Farmstead and also The Inn at Brandywine Falls, both part of The Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation area and both are beautiful areas to incorporate into your wedding day plans. Awesome food, preeeee-ttty cupcakes, cornhole, a bonfire and dancing under the stars made this their perfect wedding day! I can’t wait to hear where they went for their honeymoon … Alex didn’t even know – Josh set the whole thing up as a surprise for her ;)

Enjoy!!

The Zavarelli Family

This family was great to be around. Our boys are just about the same age so they reminded me of our family. We were recommended to them by our friends Joe and Heather so we knew we’d love this family from the start. We spent some time with them on Father’s Day taking photographs of their family at play! It’s what we like to do best. The smile on a childs face while they are playing is the REAL DEAL! You can’t pose that kind of expression. Tony and Melissa, thank you so much for having us!

P.S. Charlie is cute too ;)

Joel and Lisa

A Vegas wedding with friends and family! A fun reception with more friends and more family! This is Lisa and Joel Ellegant! If you haven’t been to La Pizzeria on Dressler you should definitely check out their new banquet center. This is where their celebration took place. Friends and family joined them for an evening of great food, music and games – Wii games and DDR!  They played a video of themselves for their family and I saw tears ;) It was a very well done video featuring the two of them discussing how they met through an online dating service … so for all you non-believers – it does work out sometimes:) We have included their video below, BECAUSE IT IS THAT GOOD! Also how amazing is their painted portrait? You can love Megan Mars for that one! Check out more of Megan’s work here! Kristina’s Kreations provided the great cupcakes and display!

Josh and Diana, a beautiful evening downtown, A Studio … all ingredients for a super cute, super fun engagement shoot! We lucked out on the weather(again!) and spent a few hours downtown with this lovely couple whose wedding is coming up in September! It’s funny that no matter how many times we shoot downtown we still manage to find new spots to shoot in. J & D, we look forward to your wedding day and we also look forward to working with our most favorite DJ in the whole wide world … Johnny V.  Enjoy a few of our favorite  photos!
